TTO Information

AstraZeneca requests that investigators who wish to submit a proposal to the Open Innovation program notify their institution’s technology transfer office (TTO) or business development office prior to submission. Consulting with your TTO allows you to confirm that your proposal does not contain undisclosed information.

Investigators who wish to submit a proposal will be asked to provide the name and email address of a representative in the TTO with whom this submission has been discussed. Upon acceptance of a proposal, AstraZeneca will send respective contractual documents to the TTO for signing.

If you have not already done so, please send your TTO an email about the submission you wish to make along with a link to the Open Innovation website (openinnovation.astrazeneca.com) so they may become familiar with the program. Early engagement with your TTO will facilitate the process of putting agreements into place once your proposal is accepted.
